St. Louis Food Centre Ltd. is located on Highway # 2 on the southeast corner of the Village of St. Louis, Saskatchewan.
The business started in 1969 as a grocery and meat shop with an adjoining Laundromat. Expansion followed over the years and the business now operates as a meat, liquor and lottery outlet.
The operation consists of custom meat cutting, preparation of fresh, smoked and cured sausages, patties, souvlaki, processing of bison, beef, pork, lamb and poultry and wild game (in season).
Extra space in the facility is rented out as office space and as a hair salon.
St. Louis Food Centre is owned and managed by Denis Patrick.
